Silicon Harlem, COSMOS’ community partner, held its 6th Annual Next-Gen Tech Conference on Oct. 18, 2019 at the National Black Theatre. Prof. Dan Kilper from
Panagiotis Skrimponis, a Ph.D student at NYU and COSMOS member, presented the summer 2019 teachers professional development program of COSMOS, as well as gave live demos of the COSMOS Education Toolkit and the 5G COVET VR education suite.
On October 2, 2019, Verizon held a press release event in 5G Alley labs, New York, where the COSMOS team presented the 5G COVET VR educational suite.
